Ordering products from the Artisan's Garden is quick and easy. We use safe, secure, and customer-friendly PayPal for all transactions. You can order specific products using the "Buy Now" button next to the item. Most of our items are one-of-a-kind, so please check the number in stock to see if we have more than one of an item. Please note: we only ship to locations within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Once you select an item, you can add more products to your shopping cart or proceed to checkout. PayPal allows you to pay using your existing PayPal account or with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card.
The PayPal ordering process takes just a few minutes to complete. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. Your purchase will appear on your next statement as ARTGARDEN. We will notify you via email when your order ships, usually within 3 business days.

After your payment is posted, your order is promptly shipped via ground UPS. Please note: we only ship to locations within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders should be received within 7 business days of ship date.
You can cancel your order prior to shipping by contacting us and providing the PayPal receipt number of your order.
Inspect your order upon its arrival and report any damage to UPS immediately. Save the shipping box and all packing material for their inspection.
